I hope that while you're here you will begin to see why I am so enamored with this great material called glass, a mixture of simple silica (sand), potash and lime.
I make each bead by hand and heart, no two ever being identical, even when I try! Fish and florals are my favorites - guess you can say they are my specialites; they sure do show up in my work a lot!

The foundation of my work is the creation of glass beads using ancient techniques and modern equipment, most of it designed specifically for lampworking.
The beads represent the bright, shiny objects crows covet so much, hence the business name!
I participate annually in many fine local art shows and also teach beadmaking at two new, great facilities, the Lorton Workhouse and Accents Glassworks in Rockville, MD.
